Happy End of 2022 Everyone!
This year ended on a semi good note reading wise for me. Last year I was not able to surpass my reading goal of 55 books in 2021. For 2022, I had set a reading goal of 55 books again with the hopes of being able to surpass my goal this year. Like last year, I found myself reaching for books I never originally thought I would read, & it ended up feeling great mixing it up from my usual beachy reads! I am super happy that I did get quite a few books that have been on my ‘want to read list’ read & off my list to make room for new ones.
In 2022, I read a total of 47 books! That’s just 8 less than than my goal.
Here is a quick recap in of my Monthly Reading Recaps

I got pretty close to hitting my 55 book goal, but not close enough. I wanted to keep my goal the same for next year, but have decided to cut it back slightly with the little one on the way. So I have decided to aim for 40 books as my goal. I’m sure i’ll surpass it, but with little babe on the way & school courses to focus on, I don’t want to have to much pressure!
What is your 2023 reading goal?
Do you have any book recommendations that I can add to my 2023 reading list?
