December 2022 Reading Recap

My last reading recap of 2022 before I pop all my reads into one post… I still can not believe how this past year literally flew on by! I tried to read this month, some days were better than others but December was definitely just another busy one! I tried my best & added a few more books to my ‘completed reading list’ which is all that matters.

So with that, here is my last Reading Recap of 2022:

Completed in December:

  • If You Ask Me by Libby Hubscher
  • Finlay Donovan is Killing It by Elle Cosimano
  • Not A Happy Family by Shari Lapena

My Thoughts:

  • If You Ask Me: I don’t think this was one of my favourites i’ve read this year, it was cute & there was a whole lot going on, but it was just meh for me. I’m glad I read it & got it off my ‘want to read’ list, but that’s about it.
  • Finlay Donovan is Killing It: Another one I finalllly got off my ‘want to read’ list, it was good. I found it just had me hooked from the start & I needed to know what was going to happen next constantly. I did enjoy it & already picked up book #2 from the library.
  • Not A Happy Family: MY GOODNESS. So this past year I started loving these thriller but not like freaky thriller books. I am so happy I read this one, I loved it & I was literally hooked from the start. There was so much going on, and so many little backstories with each person, it was a constant, I need to keep reading to see what happens. I definitely recommend adding this to your reading list.

Have you read anything worth recommending?
Let me know in the comments, I’m always looking for new books to add to my reading list – nothing is off limits!

Also do you have Goodreads? Let’s be friends, I love seeing how everyone is doing on their challenges & what your reading!
