Since i’m clearly going to be working out at home for the foreseeable future, I finally decided to cave pre-end of 2021 & download the Melissa Wood Health App.
I’ve followed Melissa Wood Tepperberg on Instagram for literally like two or three years now & have really wanted to try her workouts. Since fitness & health is literally one of my main focuses for my 2022, I decided to take advantage of her ‘Black Friday Sale’ to save a little money & give it try! Melissa is a certified yoga and pilates instructor who creates weekly workout videos and programs designed to help people get strong, lean and stretched. Her workouts incorporate specific and precise low-impact exercises that target certain areas of the body to achieve long, lean lines and overall strength. They range in length from 5 minutes to 60 minutes, allowing you to pick a workout that fits into your daily schedule.
I have now been doing the workouts a few days a week religiously & I can 1000% attest to gaining back some flexibility that I lost. I may not be dripping in sweat at the end of a workout, but I can definitely feel it later in the day or the next day. I have never in my life seen core muscles from working out & yet, her blend of yoga / pilates, has helped with getting some definition.
I’m just glad I found some low intensity / yoga inspired workouts that I enjoy & love doing at home. I can definitely say, I’ve noticed a difference in my body, and can’t wait to see what other changes are ahead as I continue to do the workouts & add them to my daily schedule.
