Where the heck do I start with this month 

Life:

Another busy as anything month over here, but it was more manageable.  We as usual had a lot going on. 
Next Month, I am doing a no-spend October (I’ll be sharing more on this tomorrow) & to be honest I’m really looking forward to taking a break from spending money.
Reading: I did some serious reading this past month, I’m not sure how but I’m happy I was able to. On that note, between physical books & e-books, I read 7 books! I have read 42/55 books in my 2021 reading challenge. 
Fitness wise: I found myself taking it easier this past month. But still rotating between that new schedule: 3 strength days, 2 cardio & 2 light movement days (yoga/barre). I just crave movement in the mornings, especially weekdays because I sit in front of my computer all day. 

House:

We started the month with a heck of a lot going on; the house was being painted, we finally got a water softener installed. So by the first weekend of September, all that was done. All we had to do was re-put the house together, deep clean again & a few things. 
The few things were tasks Mr.P & his dad did. They changed a bunch of the light fixtures & the whole house looks completely different now. They also changed pretty well all the light switches since half of those were broken & hung the last TV on the wall. 
A whole lot of the missing furniture items finally arrived; we got our dining chairs, bedside tables, entry way bench & coat hook, entry way table, & our dresser. We are officially only missing 2 things & we’re just praying they come soon.
The homestretch is officially here, we only have the closet installation & blind replacements, both are currently scheduled to be done by Saturday afternoon, yes like this weekend Saturday, so we are super pumped about that. I’m just happy I can stop officially living out of a laundry basket! 

Wedding Planning: 

We finally set a date & found our venue! The countdown to the wedding is officially on. Other than that, we have just been trying to nail down a few key vendors; photographer, hair/makeup & band/dj. Have been picking colour schemes, & even picked out the Save The Dates / Invitations. I had my first wedding dress try on appointment last weekend, & my goodness it was fun. I didn’t officially go with anything yet but yeah it was shocking how fun it was.

Work:

Things have been so hectic. I have been working with a team member on the marketing which has been great, she has been slowly taking responsibilities off my plate & it has been a godsend. I am literally counting down until I step into my new official role & leave the marketing behind, the new year can not come soon enough. But my responsibilities have slowly been shifting in that direction already, which has been great.
