This year ended on a high note reading wise for me. This past year my goal was to read 50 books, since I got so close but couldn’t do it in 2018 and 2019, so I kept it the same for this past year. I always love having a goal to challenge myself. This past year, I also challenged myself to stop spending money on books when I had a whole shelf of them, I ended up starting to take trips to the library again or swap books with friends. I even did the unthinkable & got an e-reader, which turned out to be the best purchase of 2020 by far.

In 2020, I read a total of 67 books! That’s 17 more than my goal.

Since I finally hit my 50 book goal, it only took me two years to hit my goal again for the second time. So for next year, in 2021 I have decided to aim for 55 books as my new goal. I wanted to be ambitious but I figured I should maybe start small since last year there was some other circumstances that helped give me more time to reach & really surpass my goal!
