So back in May of last year, so exactly just over a year ago, I decided to give listening to podcasts a try & I tweeted asking for recommendations & well there were almost 100 comments of recommendations which yes you guessed it, I didn’t have a chance to get through almost 95% of them. Here is the tweet incase you want to read through the thread & check out some of the podcasts:
So in the last year, I found myself turning to podcasts when I went for a run or a walk. I found listening to a podcast versus music actually didn’t have me thinking about time at all, I just focused on the conversation which was refreshing & I found myself running & walking farther during single outings!
The two podcasts I currently listen to regularly:
- The Blonde Files
Arielle Lorre is actually an influencer I’ve followed for a few years now, she started a podcast & has honestly the most amazing guests. I love that the focus is on health & wellness, she asks the questions that honestly were all wondering. I’ve already learned so much about my own health & even what to look for or mention to doctors, all thanks to the specialists she’s had on!
- F1’s Beyond The Grid
Shocker, I know. So lately I’ve been playing catch up with this one, it’s honestly so intriguing listening to behind the scenes interviews & learning about prominent F1 names & we’ve even gotten to hear from current drivers that are on the grid. I just find it so fascinating to listen to.

I just found out that Kelly (this dietitian that I’ve followed for a while) has a podcast & I can’t wait to get to it on my next walk!

So I just found this the other day & I feel like I need this as a little kick start to get motivated again!
I know we probably don’t have the same interests, mine are clearly geared towards health & wellness, with the odd gossip episode to mix things up! Plus it’s been nice to listen & learn new things!
