Happy ‘Q & Cass’ Saturday!
We are back! I am so excited to be answering your questions finally & like I mentioned in Pt. 1, Pt.2, Pt. 3 & Pt.4, I want this to feel like we’re just catching up & chatting over coffee/tea/hot chocolate/wine, you name it! I’m giving you a chance to get to know me better!
- What do you miss?
This is a tough one, I would have to say I miss my mom’s cooking. I’ve been finding it hard to cook after work & well I just miss having people around to eat with! - Which do you prefer: Ham, turkey, sausage, chorizo, duck, veal, or mutton?
Hands down would have to go with ham! Turkey is a close second but ham 100%. Before I get asked why I literally only eat chicken or turkey or ham, I’m not big on meat. I don’t like the texture of sausage, which also takes chorizo out of the equation. There is also no way in heck anyone could pay me to eat veal or duck, & well I also don’t know what mutton is…. - Do you like Halloween?
Sometimes! I like the decorating part & handing out candy, but I have no desire to dress up & leave the house! So on one hand I guess I do! - What is your happy place?
Ouu, well like most people I would say on a beach or somewhere warm as anything. But I would be lying if I didn’t say my parents cottage. I just love the slower paced, country life. Literally just being by the water & all that fresh air, is what keeps me sane & happy. - What are the best things about attending a Dallas Cowboys game?
Another tough one. I would say just being at the game & being in AT & T stadium, probably just the atmosphere in general. It’s so easy to just feed off of everyone’s energy & be swept into the game even more!

Good stuff Cass! I also don’t know what mutton is, but they joked about it on Seinfeld one time. As for lamb, I tried it this Summer in Yellowstone Park. It was awful and gross! I think my favorite is veal. Thanks for answering my meaty question.
