10 Reasons To Run

Hi Loves,

So recently I completed my third ever 10km run & you can say my love for running is officially back! I have been hitting the pavement a whole lot lately, I find it really helps me clear my head when I need it! I decided to put together a very short list the reasons that have kept me motivated to keep lacing my runners up!

I feel so grateful each & everyday that my body has the ability to move in such magical ways!
